Returns & Refund Policy

You may return a product (including the Hop140c laptop) within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (for unwanted items)


πŸ“¦ How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@hopsolutions.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Items must be returned to the address provided, along with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.


πŸ’Έ Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


πŸ” Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@hopsolutions.co.za within 7 days of receipt.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable software or services

  • Opened/used accessories without a defect

  • Products returned after 7 days without valid reason


❗ Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Please use a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
