Returns & Refund Policy

π Returns Eligibility
You may return a product (including the Hop140c laptop) within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (for unwanted items)
π¦ How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@hopsolutions.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Items must be returned to the address provided, along with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
πΈ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, weβll notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
π Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@hopsolutions.co.za within 7 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please use a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
